NPM Coaching is sponsored by NoblePurpose Ministries
for the purpose of promoting the well-being of Christian leaders. I
have witnessed pastors and ministers whose passions for purpose were renewed
during our coaching relationship. Just as God preserved His word in
Proverbs 20:5. The plans of wise leaders are like still waters, but
another who is willing to listen and seek to understand may draw those plans
out to the surface. I understand the stress of senior leadership, the
need for someone with whom you can share your dreams and fears, celebrations
and frustrations, in safety and quite confidence. As leaders, we clear
the path for others and give them counsel. We also need a place to go
and someone to hear us. That is the role that NPM Coaching can provide
to you.
NoblePurpose Ministries was incorporated in 2007
as a non-profit organization focused on encouraging and equipping
Christian leaders. The three core efforts of NPM are;
· Promote the well-being of
pastors through a tailored Christian Leader Coaching System,
· Equip Church leaders with
effective strategic planning concepts that focus on God's will and purpose
for the local church,
· Employ brief mission trips as a
means of developing a legacy of Christian leaders in every generation.
My name is Dan Nobles and I serve as the President of NoblePurpose Ministries.
I was trained as a professional Christian life coach
and certified through the Center for the Advancement of Christian Coaching.
I am currently completing doctoral research to develop an academically supported model of
Christian Leader Coaching that is specifically designed for ministers and pastors. The
purpose of this research is to employ coaching as a means of promoting the
sustained emotional well-being of Church leaders.
My experience as a career
strategist and Army leader enabled me to fashioned a strategic planning process from concepts employed by senior
military strategy-makers, but firmly founded on biblical principles.
The effectiveness of this process has been proven during three separate assignments
as a planner in the Pentagon and my work with local churches after I
retired from the Army in 2007 having obtained the rank of Colonel.
The demand to grow leaders has never been greater.
Technologies and globalization have made the world seem very small.
However, the clusters of groups and teams are expanding at prolific rates.
Each demand and fill the void of leadership in some way. Now is the
time to develop Christian leaders to fill that gap. Great
opportunities are before us.
Our business model is simple. By minimizing
overhead, we maximize the resources that God entrusts to us for ministry
in His name. Ministries are operated from home offices and through
the efforts of believing volunteers. Ministry requests are
personally visited to validate need and considered through prayer prior to
soliciting for contributions or providing funds. We are committed to
honoring God by always using the resources that He provides in ways that
will only bring Him praise!
